Matt Sinosky

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector working in private industry both in the insurance, credit, and collections spaces, Matt brings a diverse, unique background to the table.

A Veteran of the U.S. Army, with a B.S. in Safety Engineering & MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Matthew began his career in the Washington, DC area in 2005 working as a Safety/Risk Manager. He transitioned into the insurance industry in late 2007.

Matt ran the program division for Keystone Insurers Group managing 15+ insurance programs representing over $150M in revenue.

In mid-2018, Matthew took over the role as President and CEO of Element Holdco LLC, which was composed of two debt collection agencies. Since taking over the company on September 5, 2018, Matthew has led the company to a year-over-year increase in revenue of 37%.

In early 2019, Matthew partnered with Andy and Vince Golden to found Innovative Extracts LLC. The company started out as a hemp farming operation and has grown into a respected and trusted retail CBD brand with an e-commerce presence and two retail store locations.

In addition, Matthew has invested into a contracting company and owns several real estate investment properties.
